Do Not Do This!!!!

I took these pictures at the Drivers License Center. What happens there is almost unbelievable at times. State law requires you to stay in the front seat with your teen or adult driver. It is unsafe to stand outside to watch them or try to help them with their parking maneuvers. People are injured and killed in situations like those pictured below. Lady sitting on the curb eating lunch and other people nearby while a number of drivers were practicing just a few feet away.

Teen aims for their Dad.

“Hey if you won’t run me over driving forward, then I may as well just lay down next to the car as you back up!”

“Come on back. I am looking forward to hip-replacement surgery.”

“You missed, try again.”

The little peach blob is a 2-year-old girl standing with her father while a teen driver is ALONE in the family SUV.

“Let’s stand closer!”

Proud mom allows her teen to drive alone. “OK you have the wheels straight. Just hit the gas now that you’re in reverse and run me over!”

Dad is safe standing on the curb. There is no way the Hummer, with a lone teen driver, could hop that 6-inch curb and crush him.
